A Day in the Life of a Home Inspection Hub Inspector

What does a typical day look like for a Home Inspection Hub inspector?

We asked Hub inspector Rodney to take some photos as he conducted a day of inspections, so our customers know what to expect when they book a residential building inspection with us.

On this particular day, Rodney started by conducting a pre-purchase house inspection for a client so they could be fully informed before making an offer on a property.

Our inspectors are always fully prepared with the equipment needed for the job – which includes hand sanitiser in these COVID-19 times!

He then carried out a PCI inspection (also called a ‘handover inspection’) for one of our new home construction clients.

At the conclusions of an inspection, report observations and  findings are recorded using our custom-made app – these form an electronic report with high quality images which is then sent to you within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.

Our inspectors are always on hand after the inspection to discuss the inspection findings with you over the phone, prior to sending the report.

Home Inspection Hub inspectors take pride in the quality of their work and in their role as representatives of the company. They work in tandem with our sales and booking team to provide a high level of customer service at all stages of the booking.
