Area: Shower Recess
Inspector’s Comments:
It is suspected that the shower base has been installed without an S trap to eliminate any sewage smells entering into the room. The drainage outlet cover is ill fitting and a dangerous trip hazard.

Area: Benchtop
Inspector’s Comments:
The bench-top is not wide enough for the room and requires replacement, see arrow and ruler showing excessive caulking up to 20mm wide.
Area: Shower Base
Inspector’s Comments:
The shower screen door is not compatible / doesn’t seal with the shower base and there are excessive gaps that let water through when showering
